"The Saboten Man" is a Windows 9x game released only in Japan.
This is the Intro sequence of the game.
The gameplay is pretty much what you see in the video.
There's no goal or story, it's really just an exploration game where you wander, click on things, and see what they do.
I call this kind of games Wander'N'Wonder.
In the same style, there's "Pothead", "The Museum of Anything Goes" or " No.11 Downing Street"
Saboten means Cactus btw...
