As of today, November first, Kyiv has now entered the Red Zone, and is subject to lockdown measures.
Please note that this information is accurate as of today, November 1, and may change without notice.


In order to visit;
-Food markets, cafes, bars, restaurants, shopping malls, fitness studios, hostels or hotels,
-Different mass public events, and sporting events,
educational institutions including schools, colleges, universities (some schools and lessons have switched to online/remote learning)
-Public transportation including metro and buses,
You will have to show proof of vaccination, a recent negative PCR test, or show a doctor approved medical exemption.

Everyone in these locations are subject to random checks by Police. In the event you are unable to produce the proper documents or exemptions, you may be subject to a fine anywhere from seventeen thousand to thirty four thousand gryvnia (17,000 to 34,000 uah) or approximately seven hundred to twelve hundred dollars ($700 to $1200)

Borders of Ukraine remain open and ukrainians and foreigners can travel into and throughout Ukraine, with proper documentation.
