2 pc Cinnamon
6 Green Cardamom
4 Cloves
1 Black Cardamom
4 Onions
4 Dried Red Chillies
10-12 Almonds
10-12 Black Pepper Corns
2 Tsp Coriander Seeds
½ Tsp Fennel Seeds
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Poppy seeds
3 Tbsp Curd
2 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
2 Tomatoes
1 & ½ Kg Mutton
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 & ½ Tsp Salt
2 Green Chillies
¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp Ghee
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
½ Tsp Dried n Crushed
Fenugreek Leaves
½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder
Fresh Coriander
