Описание: The closing conference of the “Teaming Up” project took place on April 8, 2022 at Lielupe by Semarah Hotel. After almost 2 years of hard work, international student companies with students from Latvia, Finland and Estonia reached their goal - created business ideas alongside prototypes and gained experience in international cooperation! During the conference we reflected on everything that had been done during the project, shared experience, challenges and solutions. Encouraged discussion about the importance of entrepreneurial knowledge among young people, how to build successful transnational collaborations and what the next steps are for such transnational student teams to sustain their business ideas in the future.

Project is implemented by Valmiera Development Agency (Latvia) in cooperation with Valmiera Vocational Training Centre (Latvia), Valga Vocational Training Centre (Estonia) and Mercuria Business College (Finland). The aim of the “Teaming UP” project is to increase the potential of young people, support international youth business teams and increase young people's confidence and skills in entrepreneurship. The implementation period of “Teaming UP” is from June 2020 to May 2022. The project is being implemented under the Central Baltic Cross-Border Cooperation Program 2014-2020 and is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
