Chili Garlic Tofu Oil
This oil is so easy to make. Only takes a few minuts of your time to create this truly delicious liquid gold. It is great on rice dishes, soups, dumplings and all.
This recipe will knock out all the store bought oil. Made it your self, it will make a huge difference
Ingredience for the oil:
800ml olive oil or any other oil (I like the taste of olive oil)
1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
1 teaspoon Black peppercorn
1 whole Cardamom
2 tablespoons Lemon grass
1 teaspoon Cloves
30g Jalapeno chili flakes
30g Sichuan chili flakes
40g standard Red chili flakes
20g ground sweet Paprika
1 Cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon ground Lime leaf
1 big clove of Garlic
50g Ginger
200g Smoked Tofu
10g fine sea Salt
20ml Rice Vinegar
