Despite the uninspiring forecast, a last minute decision to head for Kintail proved to be a mega day hiking among some of the most impressive Munros. Given the mist covered peaks of the higher mountains and fading light, I set off for Biod an Fhithich (Point of the Ravens), a Graham with a distinct summit at 644m. The climb was relatively easy using the well built path to The Saddle and Forcan Ridge. Considering this isn't even a Corbett, the prominent summit surrounded by the Five Sisters and South Glen Shiel Ridge made this a stunning climb. The scale and vastness of this area is spectacular, and this climb is definitely one to consider.
