Materials

H (5 mm) crochet hook
8 ply worsted weight yarn ( red and white acrylic or milk cotton)
10” gold/red ribbon/twine
tapestry needle
2.5” diameter round photo

You can substitute the yarn and ribbon colors according to your preferences.

Mr - magic ring
Sl st - slip stitch
St - stitch
Ch - chain stitch
Sc - single crochet
Hdc - half double crochet
Dc - double crochet
Blo - crochet in the back loops only
* - repeat stitch pattern
[ ] - make inside one stitch

NOTE: All of the “sl st. Ch1” should be made at the end/ once you finish the round and reach the first stitch of the row.

“Sl st. Ch 1” is optional. I know some crocheters like to skip these two steps and simply proceed to the next row.
