Описание: The Ministry of External Affairs confirmed that India has received requests from neighbouring countries, including Bangladesh, Maldives, and Sri Lanka, for petrol and diesel supplies. Officials say these requests are under review, with decisions to be made after considering India’s own availability and needs. The MEA also stated that around 9,000 Indians remain in Iran, with several relocated to safer locations such as Armenia and Azerbaijan, and a helpline has been set up to assist citizens. Meanwhile, Air Chief Marshal AP Singh, Chief of the Indian Air Force, conducted a solo MiG-29 sortie while reviewing operational preparedness at the Western Air Command. In Tamil Nadu, TVK staged a protest near the Chennai District Collector’s Office demanding a caste census and raising concerns over law and order. Additionally, Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar took additional charge as the Governor of Tamil Nadu, assuming office at Lok Bhavan in Chennai.
