As a recreation therapist, it is my job to help others find fulfilling hobbies and leisure activities to increase their mental wellbeing while also reducing boredom. But even as a recreation and leisure professional - I still sometimes struggle to find balance in my life by making time to engage in leisure pursuits.
That’s why I created a video of 8 hobby ideas that I recently started to engage in as inspiration just incase you are needing some extra encouragement right now :)
