A workout like you've never seen before. 2 sets of Flows sandwiched between a Warmup and Cooldown. Get ready to stretch AND sweat. We're taking the Flows down to singles and both Flows are going to feel like cardio with super upbeat music.
Just in case you are wondering the Flows are both bonus sections Flow 1 from PiYo 57 and Flow 2 from PiYo 62.
