Mike Sweeny a BBC Manchester radio presenter attended a trial match near London he's in the squad and the rest of the team are going to play Wales.
When he joins up with the over 75s he wil be joining the squad a combined age of over 1000.
Mike believes that benefits of exercise goes beyond the football pitch he feels fit, strong mentally and psyicaly he feels healthy when he trains tonight there's going to be a lot of endorphins swimming around and says you can't buy that feeling
