The Spicy Tomato Water Martini is back and better than ever folks!🍅
You guys loved this one so much last year I had to revisit it but this time with a few minor changes!
Here’s the recipe:
2 oz gin or vodka of choice
1/2 oz vermouth
1 oz spicy tomato water **
3 bar spoons tomato shrub (I posted it earlier this summer!)
Olive oil, tomato and basil to garnish
-stir the gin, vermouth and tomato water together in a shaker with plenty of ice. Strain into a chilled tini glass and garnish with olive oil, tomato and basil leaf!
**for the tomato water, blend one large red heirloom tomato with a few slices of jalapeno, a bit of cayenne and a small pinch of salt. Strain through coffee filter or paper towel, ideally overnight!
