The full amenity yacht club, which is on a private 18-acre island, has 140 docks, Sailing Programs for all levels, 3 dining experiences, tennis courts, swimming pool, private beaches and new locker rooms. The club offers both social and boating memberships and is comprised of members dedicated to active living. Nearly 1/3 of the Island is a bird sanctuary – which pleases Conrad and his wife Bella, the resident peacocks and semi-official mascots of the club.
