The Arab League has also called an emergency meeting of foreign ministers to discuss Iranian attacks on Arab countries. According to Assistant Secretary-General Hossam Zaki, the meeting was requested by Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, and Egypt.

Israel Defense Forces confirmed that 80 fighter jets carried out overnight strikes inside Iran, dropping around 230 bombs on multiple military targets including facilities linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Iranian media reported casualties including Asghar Hejazi, a senior aide to Ali Khamenei.

Iran has also launched multiple waves of ballistic missile attacks on Israel, forcing millions of Israelis to take shelter overnight. Saudi Arabia claimed it intercepted drones targeting the Shaybah oil field and a ballistic missile aimed at an air base.
