Watch the creative process in my latest painting "New Life."
The wonderment of life abundant. Here is this awe-inspiring landscape. I took many photos and carefully put them all together to form this scene. The fawn and doe are just as they are in one of my reference photos, only changing the lighting on them to match the sky. I love the glow of light it creates on everything it touches - the mountains, trees, and clear water.
This painting takes you to that peaceful restful place springing with new life.
Created on canvas board, 12x16" in oil and acrylic (outline layer).
