Flora Zeta Cheong-Leen (Zhang Tianai) has had an interesting life. From being the first person of Asian descent to study at the Royal Academy of Ballet, to working at the forefront of high fashion, to opening a dance and art school for disadvantaged children, Ms. Cheong-Leen has a unique perspective on life and art in modern times. In this talk she explains how her unique life journey, her "dialogue with time and space", informs her current work in pioneering a new form of artwork that she calls Choreutic Art, which would engage practitioners more deeply in a way that integrates with other aspects of their life.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
