Virupaksha Temple is located in Hampi on the banks of the Tungabhadra river in Karnataka.This is the only temple intact among the surrounding ruins and is still used in worship. This temple is famous for inverted shadow. Do you know what’s the mystery behind this shadow?

The inverted shadow of Raja Gopuram falls on the wall of the Saalu mantapa which is about 300 feet away inside the temple.
