My FIRST ever RACE! MSVR ALL-COMERS Snetterton 300 WET

Описание: Welcome to AcidCat620, my channel where a normal bloke was trying to see if he could tame the beast, which is a 310BHP 500kg Caterham.

However, that was THEN and this is NOW.....

As previously mentioned, I am moving away from the 620r and I am going racing.

Yes I would have LOVED to have raced the 620r, however there were no opportunities to do so on a level playing field. Therefore I now have a Caterham 420 on order to enter the Caterham Seven Championship UK (CSUK).

This is the pinnacle of Caterham racing and I completely understand the leap I am trying to make, from track day enthusiast to racing driver, which is why my entry to the championships has been delayed until 2025.

My car arrives from Caterham in November this year and until then I am hiring ‪@dprmotorsport1498‬ 420 race car to get some initial practice in.

This brings us back to THIS VIDEO.

As the title says, this is my FIRST EVER MOTORSPORTS race 😬 and I was taking part in the ‪@msvcircuits‬ ALL-COMERS category which is novice drivers to gain some race experience and have fun in a relaxed environment.

The race was at Snetterton Circuit on the 300 layout on Saturday 5th August 2023. As you will see from the footage, it was slight wet which was less than ideal for a first race, however made for some exciting car control practice 😜
