Day 3 - June Qigung Daily Challenge - introduces tapping, a technique which can be used as gently or firmly as feels right for your body HERE and NOW (you may find it differs each time). Tapping is a way of releasing tension, tightness, stagnant energies and also as a way of stimulating and waking the body - great for before exercise or to start the day to enliven your system and for bringing body awareness into your day.
