SHRIMP WITH TOFU AND VEGETABLES RECIPE

Ingredients
100 gms tofu cut into cubes
2 to 3 tbsp cooking oil
6 cloves garlic chopped
1 small onion chopped
250 gms shrimp cleaned and
deveined
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 cup (200 gms) mushroom ( any kind of your choice)
2 pcs bell pepper
1/4 of a medium head of chinese cabbage (2 cups)
cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce (1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water)
