Performed by Daniel Mantey - Music All Sorts; hurdy-gurdy, soprano recorder, alto recorder, sopranino recorder, four treble viols, acoustic bass guitar, clavichord, organ, cymbals, spring-drum, & Lego sound-effects. Oh, and vocals!

Look at the musical line-up above, and realize this is virtually all acoustic, on virtually all Baroque-period instruments. Challenging fun. And HAD to use the Lego sound-effects from some of our cool Lego Space sets. Those are sounds from 'Classic Space,' 'Insectoides,' and 'Alien Invasion.' And used a spring-drum; not sure how old those might be, nor where they are from, but got and used one (behind and with the Lego effects). And isn't that hurdy-gurdy just perfect!!! B-1652's maybe?

And the video! Squidman has finally gotten the info he needs, and has called this VERY risky, high-tension meeting (though looks more like a picnic?) of all the rival Galactic Gangs, to announce that he has indeed identified the whereabouts of the female leader and her new Good-for-nothing 'Good-side' Gang who are now causing total chaos for the Galactic Underworld. Look who's there! The Insectoids, Squidman's Black-Hole Gang, Brickdaddy's Mamba, the Blacktrons, some Cyborgs, and Radons, a Spyrius Droid, Martians, even evil Org and a few of his Minions, and others! Zorg showed up! And Waddo has zoomed over from Tattuin to get some customers for his Junk-yard. Look closely, there is even a Nabi warrior from Pandora; though she is (shhhhhh!) a double-agent, working closely with the Claire Gang (as they will now be called). Squidman's scouts got this digital hologram of the Claire Gang right on their planet! Pink air, red trees, and no heads; it's all there (but I was hoping to see her Plymouth Satellite, darn).

I used to perform a more electric cover of 'Planet Claire' with Johnny and the Turkeys, a Cleveland band I used to play and sing with. That was fun! And got to see the B-52's in a small Cleveland club (the old Agora) back in 1981? This has been in my head for some time now, and all done! Hope you enjoy. Later, D
