Their producer and leader Todd Howard has taken a step away from game development and Xboxes leadership has now given Bethesda a new directive. They want Fallout and Elder Scrolls right now. And fans won't have to wait very long.

Xbox CEO Asha Sharma has just made major cuts across Xbox game studios but but Bethesda has seen the biggest layoffs with 20% across their five Studios and half of their teams gutted that work on it Doom Elder Scrolls in Fallout. But Xbox has a new directive that mandates that Bethesda get combined efforts to task to bring Fallout and Elder Scrolls their most profitable franchise to the platform as soon as possible.
