Don't give up, or concede to slowing down next time your training, until you try one last push, and see if your body answers the call. The mind is so powerful, and when you flip that record from negative to "one last push" everything changes, and you find more.
Day 14, and I'm in the park getting crushed at some tempo work, but this is all about learning where the fitness is! There will be better days, and today was a good stepping stone for the fitness. It was also a great moment to see if I still have that inner drive to not give up, and not quit while training. Of course I'm jet lagged, breathing is a mess from the lingering infection, but you always have a choice to either try get back on the pace, or simply let it go.
In this video, we're going to talk about why it's important to surround yourself with people who motivate you, inspire you, and push you. One of the biggest ways to motivate yourself is to challenge yourself, and perhaps meet some faster runners for training.
Being surrounded by people who encourage you to do your best is one of the best ways to achieve your goals. This video will give you some tips on how to find and surround yourself with people like this, so that you can reach your goals and achieve your dreams!
Enjoy me getting dropped in the park, but finding a way to catch back up, and push that little bit harder than I might have solo.
On this day, I'm focusing on finding that extra strength to not give up. I know I can do this - and I hope you'll join me as I continue my journey to Paris!
