Afang Soup recipe:
Delicious Efik / Ibibio vegetable soup and probably my favourite Nigerian soups!
Sliced fresh water leaves (1kg)
Ground fresh Afang leaves (250g)
Beef 1kg
1 cup of peri-winkles
1/2 cup of ground crayfish
3 cubes of knorr
2 cups of palm oil
2 scotch bonnet chillies.
