Every HR Training Video EVER

Описание: Hello everyone and welcome back to the channel! It's so good to be back!

Today's video is a spoof of an HR training video that many people often have to watch at their job.

Training video-themed content has been one of my most-requested video ideas. Many of the 1980s training videos that exist online or that were sent to me as examples (Wendy's, Blockbuster) would be very difficult to make. They would require specific outfits, hard-to-find backgrounds for greenscreens, and would be tough to accurately portray. Because of this, I was unsure of a topic to do a training video on.

Then it came to me: a training video most everyone can identify with. For the past three weeks, I have been working on coming up with ideas, writing, and perfecting a script for this video, as well as filming and editing.

I also want to note that in regards to this video, I am not making fun of the topics that HR videos cover. They are important topics that need discussed. I am poking fun at the fact that HR videos are used to cover these topics, and in watching them, everything is determined "fine."

There are just a few things I want to inform you of since my last video:

-Long videos like these will no longer be posted in their entirety on TikTok. Rather, specific clips and portions of long videos will be posted in hopes of sending more people to YouTube for the full videos. Short videos like Retro REMAKES will continue to be posted in their entirety on TikTok.

-I am hoping to make more Andrew Ball Originals (videos like this) this year. I have so much fun being able to create something from scratch, while still bringing those retro feelings and nostalgic vibes. Don't worry, your favorites like Retro REMAKES and the Andrew Ball Show will still appear!
