Das Artur Rutkevich Quartet ist in den Jazzclubs Berlins wie Schlot, ZigZag und B-Flat beheimatet und tritt regelmäßig auf Festivals und Tourneen in Europa und darüber hinaus auf. Die Band wurde 2022 von Alt-Saxophonist Artur Rutkevich im Rahmen seines Studiums am Jazzinstitut Berlin gegründet. Zur Besetzung gehören Neil McCracken (Klavier),Christian Müller (Kontrabass) und Moritz Hamm (Schlagzeug). Der Sound der Band ist energiegeladen und klar, geprägt vom kontrastreichen, kraftvollen Altsaxophonspiel Rutkevichs. Ihre Musik verbindet traditionelle Jazzformen mit zeitgenössischen Einflüssen.

The Artur Rutkevich Quartet is a regular fixture in Berlin's jazz clubs, including Schlot, ZigZag, and B-Flat, and performs frequently at festivals and on tours throughout Europe and beyond. Founded in 2022 by alto saxophonist Artur Rutkevich during his studies at the Jazz Institute Berlin, the quartet consists of Neil McCracken (piano), Christian Müller (double bass), and Moritz Hamm (drums). Their sound is energetic and clear, characterized by Rutkevich's richly contrasting and powerful alto saxophone playing. Their music blends traditional jazz forms with contemporary influences.
