This video will demonstrate how XP is split among party members in a dungeon. This will mostly be relevant to power leveling new characters on lvl 80s. I do have an old video showing how it used to work, I'll leave it up so people can see the difference.
Now XP is split evenly among party members, and you have to be much closer to get XP when power leveling in dungeons. Before, if you were 100+ yards away, all of the new chars getting boosted, would get FULL XP for all the mobs. It was very fast to boost 4 chars at the same time basically. Now it is faster to level one at a time.
