How To Make a Sidecar | Classic Cocktail Recipes | Mixology Guide | Vegan Friendly

Описание: Today we are going to be showing you how to make a real classic. This is a really beautiful drink, it’s a cognac cocktail served in a martini glass. We are using the delicious Hennessey Cognac for this cocktail. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

INGREDIENTS:
🍸 25ml Devil’s Botany Gin
🍊 25ml Triple Sec
🍋 25ml Lemon Juice
🧡 1 or 2 spoonfuls of marmalade
🌪️ Orange twist for garnish

METHOD:
1) Fill your glass with ice to let it chill down.
2) Using a jigger to measure, add 35ml Hennessey Cognac.
3) Followed by 15ml of Triple Sec.
4) Add 25ml of Lemon Juice.
5) Fill the mixer with cubed ice.
6) Put the tin on top and give it a smack to seal it, then shake for about 10-15 seconds.
7) Rim half the glass with brown sugar, rub some lemon around the rim to make it stick.
8) Take the ice out the glass, then double strain your drink into it.
9) Add an orange twist for a garnish.
10) Serve & enjoy!
