BJP workers in Bengaluru protested over an incident where Congress general secretary and son of a Congress MLA, Mohammed Haris Nalapad along with 10 others thrashed a man at cafe in Bengaluru’s UB City. The victim was admitted to Mallya Hospital after the incident. Nalapad was suspended from the party following the incident. ‘There won't be any sort of protection whether it's a person in Congress or outside. Mohd Haris Nalapad was involved too. We've decided to expel him from Congress,’ said Dinesh Gundurao, Congress leader.
