DiRT 4 – PC vs. PS4 Pro 4K UHD Graphics Comparison

We compare the graphics of DiRT 4 on PC and PS4 Pro both played in 4K mode. The PC version is set to Ultra graphics, which is maximum. We also used 4x MSAA and AF 16x.

The PS4 Pro version doesn't give any advantage in terms of resolution compared to the base PS4. It runs with native 1080p and is being scaled up to 2160p. It runs with stable & smooth 60 fps without drops.

We will consider a 1080p comparison, too.

Wir vergleichen die Grafik von DiRT 4 auf PC und PS4 Pro im 4K Modus.

Die PC-Version ist auf das Ultra-Preset gestellt, das gleichzeitig die maximale Grafik darstellt. Außerdem haben wir die Kantenglättung auf 4x MSAA gestellt, Anisotropische Filterung auf 16-fach.

Die PS4 Pro bietet auch im 4K-Modus leider keine Vorteile in Sachen Auflösung und läuft damit nur mit nativen 1080p. Dafür bietet sie gegenüber der Standard-PS4 ein paar kleinere optische Vorteile. Außerdem laufen beide Konsolen mit stabilen 60 Bildern pro Sekunde.
