In this video, you'll hear from four international coaches who participated in the UEFA B course in Germany and shared their experiences and takeaways.

Throughout the three-week course, the coaches learned about the German philosophies, periodization, methodology, and different tactics and strategies used in German football. They also had the opportunity to network with coaches from 20 different countries and make valuable connections.

One coach, who was born and raised in Germany but coached in the United States for seven years, felt proud to obtain his license in his motherland and gained a lot of knowledge about methodology and communication with the team. Another coach appreciated the opportunity to experience different things outside of the course, like viewing a Bundesliga game in the stadium and working with coaches who coach in Bundesliga academies.

Overall, the coaches had a great time and took away a lot of knowledge and experiences from the course. They felt that the connections made during the course were amazing and would help them further progress in their coaching career.
