-5 drills make up the circuit
-Go through the circuit as many times as you see fit
-Rest as needed throughout
Drill 1: Triple figure 8. 2 reps, 1 each way.
Drill 2: 2 cone slip & split, loop the top cone. 4 reps, alternating sides.
Drill 3: Pull, inside/inside scoop x3, dribble the “X.” 4 reps, alternating sides.
Drill 4: Suicide dribble, get around top cone & slalom. 4 reps, alternating sides.
Drill 5: Dribble down the middle, slalom down & back. 4 reps, alternating sides.
