Grab and go breakfast, snack and lunch.
Chia seed steel cut oat pudding:
4 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 cup and 1/2 milk of your choice
Pumpkin spice
Few drops of monk fruit drops
1 spoon full of cooked steel cut oats
Mix all together and in to the fridge.
Snack:
Blueberries
Lunch:
Homemade sourdough bagels
Wild tuna
Mayonnaise
Salt
Mix and together and any veggies will do and I used tomato slices.
