The accused chose the residential areas of Green Town and Township...where most of the citizens kept animals in their homes.
One of the accused would mix poison in flour and roam the streets as a sweeper.
Where animals were seen tied...he would cleverly mix poisonous substances in their feed.

According to police records, the accused have been caught before.
But due to the lack of strict punishment, they start their criminal activities again.

Based on the confessional statements of the accused, lists of food points where meat from dead animals was supplied are being compiled.
The responsibility of the action has been entrusted to the Food Department.
