Lifeboat Day and a demonstration of the search and rescue with the Lizard Lifeboat and a SAR helicopter from R.N.A.S. Culdrose.
Mainly filmed from the coast path the demo consisted of pulling an inshore RNLI crew member from the water then transferring them to the lifeboat by winch.
At the national trust car park supporters and fund raisers were operating BQ and a marque with local produce stands.
