This is a relatively simple design that almost any machinist or metal worker could build. The "magic" is in the ultra-efficient HHO generator and the Plasma arc ignition system including my Hydrogen Plasma Injector plug.
Our design should be quite efficient as even an inefficient HHO generator should produce a liter of HHO for the same electricity cost as a 250 watt light bulb. For example: 182.5 Kilowatt hours per month x $0.11855 = $21.64 per month to run a 250 watt heat lamp continuously.
The secret of both safety and efficiency is that the design uses a mixture of clean sand and the catalytic pellets found in catalytic converters. My design incorporates a central core that is filled with special solar heat storage salts. The salts absorb and retain enormous amounts of heat, especially if they become molten around 1072 F.
The beauty of using the catalyst is that there is no open flame and no danger of explosion. The sand permits the hydrogen/oxygen gas to be diffused over a lot of surface area while the catalyst supports flame-free combustion at lower but still valuable temps.
This design is scale-able to heat an entire house.
We are building an ultra efficient HHO generator to test that may produce 7 lpm @ 84 watts. If it works then you can heat a room in your house for less cost than keeping a 100 w bulb on.
We are seeking donations to bring this design to market.
Your donation will get you a copy of the plans however, the Plasma ignition system is protected and would be sold separately.
