Dr Nadia talks about Temperature & humidity set points. Every grower wants something slightly different based on their climate, experience, strains and whats proven successful for them in the past.

Research says that cannabis, at least during veg, likes elevated temperatures (78-80°F), which is ideal to give the most rapid growth and produce the most foliage. However, after 80°F, the rate of growth degrades quickly. If your HVAC fails, and temperatures rise above 80°F, the rate of growth degrades quickly, which is damaging to your crop.

In order to maximize yield and minimize problems, Dr. Nadia can design a system for you that protects your system from becoming too hot or too cold. She recommends a temperature of 80°F and a relative humidity of 50% during veg.

For bloom, Nadia recommends a lower temperature and RH, at 75°F with 40%-45% RH. You do not want flowers to bloom to quickly, and you also want to protect your plants from pests and mould. If the RH is too low, your plants internal water pump will shut down to protect themselves against drought, so always make sure your temp and RH are in the right set points!
