Eric Adams releases somber video responding to Mamdani's mayoral win

Описание: Mayor Eric Adams, once again saying Zohran Mamdani’s name incorrectly, congratulated the mayor-elect for his “hard-fought battle” in a video posted to social media.
The mayor’s office is assembling a transition team for Mamdani to prepare to govern the city, “one of the most difficult jobs but is truly the greatest job on the globe,” Adams said.
“To all those communities who voted for someone else: we understand your concerns, we understand your fears, we understand the anxiety you are facing, but this is our democracy,” Adams said.
