Ingredients :

Potatoes - 5 ( big ) 700 grams
Tomatoes - 3 big
Oil - 3 tbsp
Onions - 3 big
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Green peas - 3/4 cup ( 150 grams )
Green chilli - 1
Chopped coriander - 2 tbsps
Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
