I can help you find it, but first you have to seek your light out by following you to your shadows.
The light represents your awareness, and to find awareness we all need to go look inside ourselves. Seeking out for the light that might be hidden since we were kids due to a lack of good parenting from family, teachers and other big figures in our life that we did give for granted. Giving for granted your faith to someone you love is great but also can be dangerous. Because we have this beautiful body and soul but no instructions. Here are the instructions. follow me, I am among those who wants to share what I know. To help you out if you need it. Of course not everyone needs help, or needs help in different areas. Someone else already knows gratitude, some of you are already fully aware and so much more. I am talking to those in need to get from here to there. With love and no other means.

The rhythm of which my artwork appears is the 4-4-4-4 respiration technique called box breathing (also four square breathing) that you can use to your benefit. It will help in enhancing performance, stress reliever and migraines (at the beginning). Use it freely.
