Spiritual seeker’s quest is to elevate from Eka rupa Isvara bhakti to Aneka rupa Isvara bhakti and then to Arupa Nirguna Isvara Jnanam.
The shift from the understanding that ‘The God created the universe’ which is Eka rupa bhakti to ‘The God has manifested as the universe’, which is Aneka rupa or Visva rupa bhakti requires mind refinement. This divinisation of the world is called Visva Rupa darsanam.
When the whole universe is the God, then naturally all glories of the universe belongs to The God only. Sri Krishna enumerates sample glories, Vibhutis, of his creations in order to humble and broaden the mind of a spiritual seeker, to ripen the mind to appreciate Visva rupa Isvara and then elevate to Arupa Nirguna Atma Jnanam.
