In the lead up to International Womens Day 2026, we're proud to showcase some of Ireland's inspiring female apprentices who are shaking up the future of #GenerationApprenticeship.
Meet Sarah, Nadine, Emily, Sarah and Lily - some of the 3000+ females who are paving bright, successful careers with #GenerationApprenticeship, and inspiring the next generation of females to realise their potential through the Apprenticeship route.
You too can be part of moving the dial to increase the number of women in apprenticeships. Progress is happening. From just 37 female apprentices in 2016 to over 3000 female apprentices in training, numbers are growing and interest is rising. You too can be part of the sea change and shake up the future with #GenerationApprenticeship!
