Intermediate Poi Lesson: Antibrid Alignment

Описание: One of the perils of getting into poi antibrids is figuring out how to make transitions happen between them and more traditional poi flowers based flow. I've spent a lot of time thinking about how to switch back and forth between these two hand alignments and I have some examples here I can show for how to make these poi transitions smoother and feel more satisfying. The ultimate goal? To create transitions that feel smooth as can be and arrive at a spot that feels like an inevitable conclusion.
