Learn how to replace a nozzle on a Rain Bird gear drive sprinkler, whether due to damage or incorrect installation.
You can use a Rain Bird tool to lift the sprinkler body if it's in the ground. Access the nozzle by inserting a screwdriver or Rain Bird tool into the top of the sprinkler head where the arrow points towards the nozzle.
Raise the screw to remove the old nozzle. Clear any debris , insert the new nozzle, ensuring it's pushed in far enough , then tighten the screw to secure it without impeding water flow.
