Chicken Tikka Pulao | | Chicken Tikka Pilau | Chicken Tikka Rice | चिकन टिक्का पुलाव
A Delicious combination of chicken tikka and tradition pulao.
Serves 5-6
Ingredients for preparing Tikka
1 kg chicken
4-5 tbsp lemon juice
150 grams cup yogurt
1/2 tsp garam masala (all spice powder)
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 -2 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder (or as per taste)
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
salt as per taste
4 tbsp oil
Ingredients for pulao:
750 grams rice washed and soaked in water for 30 min
2 onions sliced
5-6 green chilies or as per taste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
5-6 cloves
1 inch cinnamon stick
5-6 green cardamom
2 black cardamom
8-10 black pepper corns
1 stock cube (optional)
salt as per taste
8-10 tbsp oil or as you prefer
