I call it - The Dualcycle. This is my personal take on the design from 2x2cycles, the original mass produced motorcycle bicycle rack that can be found here: https://2x2cycles.com/. I am not affiliated with 2x2cycles at all, but you should check them out, as it was their idea originally.
My rack is made from the 80/20 aluminum extrusion system, weighs about 4 lbs, doesn't require any welding, attaches to the motorcycle using 3 bolts, fits nearly any bicycle, and costs roughly $160.
The bicycle is not noticeable on the road, and I can brake hard, corner hard, and accelerate hard on the motorcycle as normal. On the subject of crosswinds - On a motorcycle, crosswinds just blow, in general. I ride in eastern WA, so I know a thing or two about wind. On one of my rides with the dualcycle, I had to brave 35mph winds with 45mph gusts, and It was a miserable white-knuckle experience that lasted 250 miles. That being said, I don't think the bicycle really made it considerably worse vs. just being on the motorcycle.

I have several hundred miles on this setup, and it's awesome. The drop-lock feature of 80/20 makes vibrations less of an issue, but I did lose 1 screw, so I'd probably still threadlock just to be safe.
