Yes Sir I cook up some Southern Country Style Gizzards and Gravy. I infuse them with Herbs and Spices till so Tender they almost Melt in your Mouth. Then I Show you a way to cook your Potatoes like I bet You never seen Before.
Oh and before you ask I forgot to show adding in the 1 Tbsp. of Prepared Mustard during the Gravy making Stage of the Process, LOL. Ingredients are shown below.
Ingredients
1 to 1 1/2 Lb. Chicken Gizzards
5 to 6 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1 Tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder, Plus 4 cloves Fresh Garlic Minced
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder, Plus 1/2 of a Yellow Onion Diced
1 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Slap Ya Mama or your Favorite Cajun Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Prepared Yellow Mustard
5 to 6 Medium Russet Potatoes Diced
