"I love how this FMTG experience is helping me look at things and feelings that have been under the surface and are brought to the light. When I tap into gratitude it really does last for most of the day. All my limiting beliefs seem to vanish because I am in a higher frequency...this takes practice and determination and luckily being determined has never been a limiting belief!️ I can find new ways in which to be grateful. It is so freeing! letting go of old habits and thought patterns. I notice that I notice that I am noticing! That little voice in my head is in sync with a more conscious person, and I feel lighter and seem to be laughing more. A huge weight has lifted recently for me, and this has to do with my heart and feeling gratitude. Thank you for this beautiful practice" --Maria Kazman
