🔴Pokuase–Amasaman Road:
• Total contract sum: $346m
• Over $273m already paid (≈75% complete)
• Contractor commits to completion by April 2026
🔴Adenta–Dodowa Road: Contractor mobilizing; expected to fall under Big Push (≈24-month timeline).
🔴Dawhenya Road: Work stalled by BHM, now split with First Sky to handle the main carriageway, while BHM handles service roads/interchanges.
🔴Kasoa–Winneba Road: Lessons learned after both sides were closed simultaneously; new stretches to adopt a different strategy.
🔴Eastern Corridor Road: Sections stalled, but now absorbed under Big Push, with China Jiangxi set to handle Asa-Ho stretch.

The Minister stressed that unlike past governments, the current administration has not suspended contractors’ work after taking office, instead opting to encourage continuity and prioritize payments.
