I played my first professional match for Ospreys Rugby at just 18 years old, and my final game at 26.
After suffering multiple injuries ( concussion), I made the tough decision to retire from pro rugby, but the lessons I learnt training, playing, and being coached by some of the best players and coaches in the world changed how I view the game forever.
Now my mission is to share everything I’ve learnt to help you level up your rugby performance, on and off the pitch.
